unless Woh or glimmering light gets buffed to the point of an Elite version of Infuse, I don't see the justification in the Ether Renwealing of LoD without even considering touching Paragons or SP sins.
Woh needs either a 1/4 sec cast or Glimmering Light needs to heal for 300+ to justify neutering LoD.
And no, HB/HP is not as good as prenerfed LoD.

Horray, Rangers get screwed yet again. Sure we may be using a ritualist skill, and sure maybe it wasn't intended. But dammit you dont give us anything else to use. Splinter Barrage was really only pve only and one of the only high dmg outputs we can get. We now have Barrow and plain Barrage for PvE. And its still underrated and under average dmg output. So why the splinter nerf? It hurts rangers more than rits.
If i run pvp, i can still use nightmare spike, barrow, interupts, and traps. Oh and pet builds in RA/TA. So why mess with pve and move rangers further down the list.
Why not fix the broken Paragan FFS!? Just because you make the spear have shortbow range and -1 dmg from bows, doesn't make it fair at all.
Just quit messing with rangers unless your going to make us useful in pve and not nerf us. *glare*

1.) General comment about the monk skills:
LoD needed probably a nerf, HB was overdue for a buff of some kind, but in general - why boost monk healing, rather tone down, monks already heal like Dwayna herself.
Healing Breeze - not sure if it works
Restful Breeze - still much better in its niche as AB heal or runner heal than Healing Breeze could ever be, the 8-18 seconds buff demands some investment, but its TOO GOOD, it was already a good skill
Vigorous Spirit - a 9th skill, and this does not change it. If people used it, it was fine already
Light of Deliverance: Going to test how this works out. It seems a bit too unattractive now, I especially fear for hero monks and Mhenlo in EOTN, and I somehow see PvPers simply switching to another skill
Word of Healing: Hm... no idea. Could cause trouble for guys without Daze going against WoH bosses. I see people whining. :> Not sure if it was a good idea, people just found it bad because of better prot and other elites.
2.) Necro:
Oppressive Gaze: Eh, it was never a good skill to begin with. Now it is trash. Just because of some PvE-HM-JOTUNS using it to great effect in combo with weakness? (My guess) Not really a good reason to make a skill so bad.
3.) The Ranger spirits were probably abused for necro battery stuff, I do not care much about that.
But Rangers will hate Splinter Weapon. I will have to test this, but it looks as if it would still be worthwhile without being the super-slaughter AoE it was. Also destroys Margonite Farming in Turais as side effect.

It doesn't look to bad LoD could of been given a longer recharge time instead of the 1 sec cast time healing over all seems to be buffed.I doubt you will see any more /A as for recall.

Splinter nerf because it does too much damage, it's just imbalanced. Yes though, they need to buff the rest of marksmanship.

Blah at the necro nerf. I use OG a lot =_=, so now that it works at below 50% of enemies, meh. And the LoD nerf sucks... and the Splinter Weapon too. (I can understand why, but it sucks anyways >_>).
Rest is sweet though, gotta love the new WoH.

Theoretically LoD is interrupt bait but currently people use dual 20/20 healing sets if they are wary of being d-shotted or p-leaked. When this patch rolls out LoD will trully be interrupt bait.

Mabay when Izzy Makes the cracked armor skills instant kill then people will play them, the red flashing "im going to spike you" deosn't help them much though.
Wammos will be pleased, all they need now is a mending buff
Restful looks cool Reason number 8547 why im not using troll anymore.
HB+HP is the new LOD it seems. Poor LOD wont last long at 2 seconds.
As for recall, just delete HB already.
One last note "Fixed a bug that allowed Necromancer minions to count as kills for the Blessing of the Luxons and the Blessing of the Kurzicks."
WTF is the point in this when we have hero FFF?

Don't know why, but the only update I care about seems to be the one for monks. Those skills changes have sparked my interest in monking again. Now to decide whether or not I should remake my long deleted pve monk. Or just use the slot as a second pvp mule. /coin toss

Because people were farming this when the monsters were making minons, they would kill them and get the 10 points of faction for doing it in Hard Mode.
